Welcome to ReelDM (“we”, “our”, or “Service”), accessible at https://reeldm.space. By accessing or using our website, Creator Studio, and Instagram automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Service
ReelDM provides an automated workflow software that integrates with the official Meta Graph API to detect specific user-chosen trigger keywords (such as the creator’s name, brand tags, or keywords like “LINK”) in Instagram Reel comments and automatically deliver corresponding private direct messages and public replies.
2. Eligibility & Instagram Account Requirements
To use ReelDM with live Instagram automation, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Own or have authorized administrative access to an Instagram Professional Account (Creator or Business) linked to an active Facebook Page, as required by Meta’s developer policies.
Grant the required official Meta permissions via OAuth to enable comment listening and messaging features.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
ReelDM is built to facilitate high-value, legitimate interactions between creators and their audience. You agree not to use ReelDM to:
Distribute spam, deceptive promotions, phishing links, or malware.
Send unsolicited, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful materials.
Attempt to bypass rate limits or tamper with our deduplication engine.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found violating these acceptable use policies without prior notice.
4. Plans & Dual-Currency Pricing
ReelDM offers straightforward pricing tiers tailored for domestic and international creators:
Free Forever Plan (₹0 / $0): Includes 1 active Reel or Post automation rule with 50 automated DMs each month, standard delivery speed, and official Instagram safety protection at ₹0 cost forever, no credit card required.
Creator Pro India — ₹349 per month: Includes unlimited automated DMs, unlimited active Reels, Posts & Carousels, interactive action cards and smart link delivery, custom branding with zero ReelDM logo, link tracking analytics, and priority instant delivery. Checkout creates a Razorpay monthly subscription mandate. The mandate renews on each billing anniversary until cancelled.
Creator Pro International — $9/month USD: Complete Creator Pro access for international creators outside India. This is an automatically renewing monthly subscription processed through Dodo Payments. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location.
No Hidden Surcharges: All pricing is 100% transparent with zero activation or setup fees.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We believe in absolute clarity and transparent pricing for all creators:
Test Free Forever (50 DMs / mo): ReelDM provides a permanent Free Forever plan with 50 automated DMs per month requiring no credit card, ensuring creators can thoroughly evaluate and test the platform before upgrading.
No Free Trials on Creator Pro: Because the Free Forever tier is available permanently with no payment card required, ReelDM does not offer a Creator Pro trial.
Strict No-Refund Policy (All Sales Final): Creator Pro payments are final and non-refundable once access is provisioned. We do not provide partial, pro-rated, or full refunds for unused time or voluntary non-use, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
India: The ₹349 pass expires after 30 days and never renews automatically, so cancellation is not required.
International: The $9 monthly subscription can be set to cancel at the next billing date from ReelDM Settings. Access remains active through the paid period and future automatic renewals stop.
6. Intellectual Property & Meta Affiliation Disclaimer
Independent Tool: ReelDM is an independent software tool developed to interface with Meta’s public APIs. ReelDM is not sponsored, endorsed, affiliated with, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.
Your Content: You retain complete ownership of your links, templates, videos, and intellectual property. We claim no ownership over your Instagram content or audience relationships.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReelDM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including changes to Meta’s API policies, platform outages, or account restrictions resulting from violations of Meta’s community guidelines.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date”. Continued use of ReelDM following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
