India: ₹349 purchases provide 30 days of access with no automatic debit and no cancellation requirement.

1. Free Forever Plan — Test Before You Buy
We believe every creator should experience ReelDM risk-free before spending any money. For this reason, ReelDM provides a Free Forever Plan:
Includes 50 automated DMs every single month at zero cost.
Includes full access to automated link delivery, interactive action cards, and official Instagram Graph API connection.
Zero Payment Details Required: No credit card, debit card, or UPI information is ever collected for the Free Forever plan.
You may remain on the Free Forever tier indefinitely to test, verify, and measure performance before deciding whether to upgrade to Creator Pro.
2. No Free Trials on Creator Pro
Because the Free Forever tier has no time limits and requires no payment card, ReelDM does not offer free trial periods on Creator Pro. The service can be evaluated on the Free Forever plan before purchase.
3. Strict No-Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)
Because ReelDM is an instantly provisioned digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS):
Upon confirmed payment through Razorpay or Dodo Payments, Creator Pro infrastructure and service access are provisioned immediately.
All purchases and recurring payments are final and non-refundable once access is provisioned, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits for unused time or voluntary non-use of the platform.
4. Renewal and Cancellation
India: Creator Pro is a ₹349 monthly Razorpay subscription. AutoPay renews on the billing anniversary until cancelled. If a renewal fails, no grace days are added and access remains available only through the already-paid period.
International: Creator Pro is a recurring $9 monthly subscription. Customers can set it to cancel at the next billing date from ReelDM Settings.
After an international cancellation is scheduled, access continues through the current paid period and no later automatic renewal is taken.
